The HKIFF is a non-competitive event organised by the Urban
Council of Hong Kong, the statutory body of urban amenities and
culture. The Festival is accredited by the International
=46ederation of Film Producers Associations. The aim of the
=46estival is to serve as a platform for international film
exchange and a window to the world for Hong Kong Cinema.
