My name is Tara Mocsny and I as a junior at San Francisco State
University majoring in Communications. I am currently working on a research
paper for an Asian American Studies class looking at stereotypes regarding
Asians in the cinema and how societal perceptions of them mirrored their
portrayal on the screen.I am looking at the time period from 1930-1960. If
