We would like to invite you to participate in the 2022 Symposium on
Disinformation Studies (SDS) on April 1-2, 2022 (CFP attached).
Hosted by Swarthmore College (located outside of Philadelphia in scenic
Pennsylvania), the SDS will be an interdisciplinary conference about the
causes and effects of disinformation, its probable evolution, and practical
counter-measures and solutions. We encourage papers on information warfare,
analyzing it through both national and global lenses, just as we
welcome discussions from experts of varied backgrounds—disinformation
spread is an issue that does not discriminate on the basis of disciplinary
or national boundaries.
The Symposium is partially funded by the Mellon Organization and sponsored
by the Tri-College Consortium of Bryn Mawr, Haverford and
Swarthmore Colleges.
Please submit all paper proposals to [log in to unmask] by *December
20, 2021*. Please also share the call for papers with circles you think
would be interested.
For more information about the conference or the Program on Disinformation
Studies, you may
