With extreme long-shots wouldn't even normal conversation (if recorded
naturalistically) be as inaudible as whispering? Edward Yang's "Yi Yi" has
quite a few such shots and so do several of Hou's films.
If extreme closeup of a scream means the face then countless horror films
will do. If that means the mouth then try Raising Arizona and a couple of
Bugs Bunny cartoons.
