Just a reminder that the American Museum of the Moving Image in
Astoria (Queens), New York begins a film series this Saturday (8 Jan)
entitled OUR SECRET CENTURY: REVELATIONS FROM THE PRELINGER ARCHIVES.
This series of 130 advertising, industrial and educational films aims
to present these fascinating and largely forgotten film genres, and
illuminate some of the less-understood aspects of 20th-century history.
