The program in Film and Video Studies at the Univ. of Michigan seeks
a tenure-track faculty in Filn studies with a specialization in Asian
film and culture.
 
The appointment will begin in Sep. 1996, and with another duty in a
school or unit of the university. The person will be committed to
teaching at both the undergra. and grad. level. A willingness to
addrss the field across disciplinnary boundaries and provide new
models for cross- and inter-disciplinary research and teaching is
necessary. A Ph. D. in film or closely related field is required, as
well as a record of substantial publication.
