My copy is U. of Calif. Press, 1992.
 
"The Big Trail" was shot simultaneously on 70mm and 35mm in the full-height,
early sound ratio (1:1.15).  The National Film and Television Archive have a
35mm anamorphic print which apparently derives from the 70mm originals.  I've
never seen a 70mm print (or of anything else in Fox Grandeur, for that matter).
