Ilona Staller, aka Cicciolina, and one-time wife of conceptual
artist/commercial hack Jeff Koons.  She didn't stop making movies though;
there's even one with Koons though I'm not sure whether it was ever
shown/released (one screening seems to have been halted at the last minute).
