There is the Moses Znaimer collection in Toronto.  Sorry I don't have more
information, but Znaimer owns CityTV, and you might try phoning Toronto
information.
 
If your research takes you to Toronto, you might want to extend your
travels in Canada.  There is also a television collection at
the Museum of Science and Technology on St. Laurent Ave. in Ottawa.
