You might want to try Film Scheduling by Ralph S. Singelton. He also
publishes Film Budgeting or you can get his workbook which contains the
entire script of Coppola's THE CONVERSATION and go through it and learn
by doing. All these books are available at Samuel French or You can
order them from Lone Eagle Publishing online at
http://www.loneeagle.com
 
You can schedule and budget on computer with Movie Magic, they also have
an online presence.
