I bought my copy at Theatre Books in Toronto.  This was some time ago, but
it seems to me that they still had a copy or two floating around when I was
there recently.  Since Robin Wood lives in Toronto you might inquire  at
stores like Pages or the Bob Millar Book Room.  Wood is one of the
collective who edits Cineaction!, so you might try to reach him there to
see if he knows where you can lay your hands on one.
