SCOPE
_The Journal of Popular Film & Television_ examines commercial film and
television from a sociocultural perspective. Its editors seek thoughtful
articles on stars, directors, producers, studios, networks, genres,
series, the audience, and films in the popular culture context. Essays on
social and cultural realities of film and television, filmographies,
bibliographies, and commissioned book and instructional video reviews are
features. Articles on film and television theory/criticism also are
invited.

Send two copies of your manuscript to Managing Editor, _Journal of
Popular Film & Television_, 1319 18th Street, NW, Washington, DC

first-named author will be notified of acceptance, rejection, or need for
revision. Please await acceptance before sending diskettes; instructions
for preparing diskettes will be included in the acceptance letter.
Articles published do not necessarily represent the opinion of and are not
the legal responsibility of the _Journal of Popular Film & Television_.
