In reference to your unsubscribe command:
 
Send mail to [log in to unmask]
 
Press <cr> at the Subject:
 
On the first line of text type the following:
 
SIGNOFF Screen-L
 
The signoff command must be in caps. (This command is for approx. 99% of the
lists, just substitute the list name after the SIGNOFF command)
