Oh yes, lest we forgot: John Eric Hexum, who starred in some Joan Collins
movie, shot himself on the set with a blank that nevertheless caused his brain
death.  I still remember the write up in People magazine.  (Look, I was just a
kid and read anything, okay?!!)
