 Going back to the distant past let's not forget MURDER BY TELEVISION (1935)
starring Bela Lugosi, a film made at a time movie contracts were being
redrafted to take account of contemporary fears of the new media, a fear
similar to sound's effect on movie contracts which formerly concentrated
on silent reproductions for the most part.
