Doesn't EASY RIDER open with a smattering of unsubtitled Spanish, followed by
the scene of Phil Spector buying the cocaine from Fonda and Hopper?  As I
recall, the little dialogue is drowned out by airplanes.  It seemed to
establish the cool tone and visual nature of the movie.
