I too would be interested in hearing where Tommy Rall was in the 60s and
70s.  I don't have any info to offer, only that Rall is also very good in
MY SISTER EILEEN (1955), an underrated musical and Fosse's first movie
choreoraphy (not counting the short sequence in KISS ME KATE.
