Sandra's right about Tatum O'Neal's being younger than Pattty Duke. Two notes,
however--Jodie Foster was nominated for Taxi Driver in '76, but lost to
Beatrice Straight in NETWORK, according to REEL FACTS. Another very young
nominee was Mary Badham for TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD in '62--she lost to Patty
Duke. Mary Badham is sister of director John Badham. End of my trivia for
tonight. Some days I have ideas, too, but I doubt they're this interestinig.
