Does anyone in the New York City area know where I could borrow or rent
a copy of the documentary on race films that was presented on tv about
a year ago? It featured Oscar Micheaux and was an hour long. I think
it was on A&E. I lent the copy I taped to a student who was profoundly
moved but hasn't returned it, and I'd like to teach it or an equivalent
this coming Thursday. Phone if possible (212) 989-1767. Thanks. liz
weis, cuny. P.S. Pearl Bowser was a main interviewee.
