Department of Theatre, Film and Television Studies, University of Wales
Aberystwyth.
The Department of Theatre Film and Television Studies, Aberystwyth,
which was rated 5 in the 2001 Research Assessment Exercise, is inviting
applications for two PhD studentships, available from September 1 2004
and with a duration of three years. Applications are invited in the
fields of:
Film and/or Television Studies
Drama and/or Theatre Studies
Performance Studies
Welsh Language Theatre,
Film and/or Television
The successful candidates in any of these fields will be working in an
area with a strong research culture.
These full-time studentships will include fees at the home student rate
and maintenance for three years. Candidates should have an MA and/or a
good first degree in a relevant field of study. Further particulars can
