Kino's "The Movies Begin" set includes a fair amount of Lumiere and Melies as well as Edision. Porter, etc.(and much more). Kino has also released Some Chaplin two-reelers and all of Keaton's work, but I would imagine that copyright restrictions will make it hard to find one disk containing everything you're looking for
