Just to follow up on this, my wife Amy Heller, is a graduate of NYU (my only 
connection is that I lectured there for a semester) and she did write a letter 
to John Sexton. Shockingly, his assistant called back and talked to her for 
more than half an hour. They agreed to disagree, but at least Amy was impressed 
that they took the time and took her concerns seriously. I think if enough 
people call or write in, it can make a difference.
