Re - Kieslowski and video. As I noted in my last message the LEGAL rights
to Dekalog are still being bid on. Any copies distributed by Pol art would
be bootlegs off of the European PAL copies. I am not making any judgements
on this,because unfortunately bootlegs or legit PAL copies are all that
exist for now
