Are Dyer's references in his Light Entertainment monograph to this
variety show unique or does some hidden treasure trove of information
on this program exist somewhere?
Bonus question: Who, working within the Bourdieu school, writes
about stereotypes and/or racial prejudice?
  Thanks in advance.
