My pick for best horror film:
 
Michael Powell's *Peeping Tom*.  I could watch it forever.  And for a
different kind of fun, check out Laura Mulvey's voice-over play-by-play of
the film on the laser disk copy--lots of juicy tidbits on its historical
and production background.
