hello all:
am currently trying to get going with some research on silent film comedy, geared towards reception. at present, my focus is relatively loose - a comparison of the different ways in which chaplin and keaton were marketed (eg. posters) and how audience responses differed to the two comedians. if anyone has any tips re. where i might find some of this info it would all be very welcome.

yours, rob king
