hello hello --
i saw kusturica's most recent film _underground_ while in paris this
past year. it surpasses even _time of the gypsies_ which is one of my fave
all-time movies. as underground won the palm d'or at cannes '95, and
kustirica's other films have always been relesed in the u.s. (when father
was away on business, e.g.), i am very disappointed that _underground_ has
no scheduled u.s. release date yet.
his story-telling of the warring factions in croatia and bosnia
would greatly enlighten audiences here. does anyone know about its u.s. plans?
cheers,
caroline
