Perhaps part of the Problem w/ Wyatt Earp is that it is an Epic. Should
there be such scope to Wyatt Earp, the man. Costner read S. Lake when he
should of read Odie Faulk's TOMBSTONE: Myth & Reality 1972.
I think the events in Tombstone, the time & place, not the film is what
makes Wyatt, Doc & company interesting. Like many films in the
western genre Cosmatis got in told a story w/ the help of some charming
acting & got out. Here the scale of the film matched the scale of the man.
