Definitely try to see Manuel De Landa's incredible short film _Raw Nerves:
A Lacanian Thriller_, which plays with perhaps every possible means of
signifying to a viewer that the narrator is unreliable.  In addition to
being riotously funny.  I don't know if it's available on video,
unfortunately.
