Despite the fact that Laura Mulvey taught in the department
where I did a masters, I still haven't managed to catch up
with her laserdisc yet!  I'm sure there is symbolic use of
colour there, but the only print I've seen/handled looked
very pink indeed and had the characteristic smell of faded
Eastmancolor, so I didn't feel able to trust it!
