I second Rob Treganza in saluting Milestone. (Honesty requires that I reveal
a minor business association with them.)

16mm film distribution is slowly becoming a buggy whip business. I am sure
in the last days of the buggy whip, the few remaining ones fetched a pretty
penny. :-)

Milestone is one of a handful of companies run by enthusiasts who love film.
To require them to do so at a loss or to break even is silly even by academic
standards.
