The State Historical Society at the University of Wisconsin-Madison houses
the NBC papers, which includes the period you mention. Though I have no
clue as to whether there is information in the archive about that program,
if you happen to be in Madison, it's worth a visit. And some of the
Historical Society's holdings are now archived on-line through the UW
library Computer system.

I hope this is useful.
