The Clark Atlanta University Inaugural National Film Festival &
Competition for Feature, Featurette, Short & Documentary Film
Reflecting Positive Images of African Americans.
 
The Festival is open to any film professional or student, regardless
of race or ethnic background. The content of film must promote
positive and redeeming images of African Americans.
 
Entries must be submited on 1/2" VHS or 3/4" videocassette
 
Entry fee -paid in US$ by money order only-is $60 for professional,
$30 for student.
 
The deadline for application is : April 30, 1995
 
Late fee-after deadline is $30.
 
----Feature film: must be at least 80 min..
----Feaurette: must be 60 min. or less.
----Shorts: 15 min. or less
----Student film: at least 15 min.
