I have been lurking for the past three week, but feel I must comment on
Gene Stavas's superb precis of "Birth of A Nation." Also, as I am sure
most of the members of the line know, there is a fine lazer disc recording
of "Birth of a Nation" on Lumivision in tints and at the right speed, and
with the original musical score. It also has extensive notes on the racial
contents of the second part of the film.
