I had no idea posting FAIR's call for domestic violence PSA's would produce
such controversy on SCREEN-L, but then I seem to follow controversy, and
controversy follows me.  Anyway, here's the latest.

For those interested in the following repost on encouraging NBC to do a
superbown PSA on domestic violence, NBC Sports pres Dick Ebersol's fax
number is (212) 664-5835. NBC voice in (212) 664-4444. They are doing a PSA
during the *pre game* but not during game time. I guess the $850,000 per 30
second paid commercial is more important to NBC than a few battered women.
