-The film is Terence L
The film is Terence Malick's "Days of Heaven" (released Sept. 13, 1978.
Malick's earlier film is "Badlands" (with Sissy Spacek and Martin Sheen (1976?).
The actress is Brooke Adams, the girl Linda Manz. The screenplay is by
Malick, the cinematographer is Nestor Almendros (with additional photography
by Haskell Wexler). It has also been recently shown in its (mildly) wide-
screen ration on AMC. It is glorious in its spectacle on a full screen
and myself think it is a great film.
