Apologies for any cross-postings. The University of Vermont's program in Film and Television Studies is seeking a sabbatical replacement in global cinema for spring semester 2014. Please distribute to anyone who may be interested. Details follow:
The University of Vermont's Program in Film and Television Studies and the Department of English are seeking a one-semester part-time Lecturer to teach courses in Global Cinema and related topics, beginning January 2014. The successful candidate will teach two intermediate-level courses in global cinema and two on related topics in his/her area of expertise. Minimum requirements: MA in Film Studies or related field with a concentration in global cinema; undergraduate teaching experience, experience teaching contemporary cinema preferred. Review of applications will begin on October 1, 2013.
