If you are using a Mac Powerbook with"DVD player" (and a dvd drive of course), the
solution to this is very simple. With the dvd inserted in the drive and the application
open, navigate to the secion you want to accces the next time you insert the dvd.
Simply go to the menu>controls>add bookmark - and you will be asked to name the
bookmark.
The next time you insert the dvd, you simply go to go>bookmarks ... and you will be
shown a list of cues - in this case the one you have previously named.
The beauty of this is it doesn't matter what the name of the dvd is. If your dvd has a
generic name which it probably will if have recorded the dvd off air, or archived from
VHS, the bookmark will still refer to the relevent dvd. Somehow (despite the name
e.g. "DVD"), the application knows which DVD is currently in the drive and goes to
the right spot when you request it.
