This is the problem, PMPOP can't handle the informational 220 line, it
needs an immediate 250 line otherwise it gets out of sync.  As you can see
the 250 line happens quite a bit after this.

This is really a problem of PMPOP not waiting until is gets the 250
response before continuing in the tranactional state.  It's probably simply
looking for any 200 series response.

I worked on this one years ago with the developer of the original PMPOP
Forest Christian but he was essentially out of the DOS business.  What
really required is a PMPOP that can do ESMTP or at least read the responses
from a ESMTP host and ignore the info responses.
