70s Argentinian Film titled EL VIAJE

Hi,

Has anyone heard of this argentinan film.  The story
is about a young boy goes in search of his father a
truck driver who used to draw cartoons for him.  The
movie has what some call surreal quality like a
Felleni film.  For example, the presdient of the
country has sold out his citizens to pay off bank
debts and now part of the country is under water.
