Recently I have received information on several Russian-produced film cameras
now for sale in the U.S. (both Super-8 and 16mm). Has anyone actually seen
cameras such as the Kinoflex or Kransnogorsk? Anyone know anything about the
reliability of these cameras? I'm desperate for low-cost, durable cameras for
my production classes and am wondering if the East has provided a solution.
However, I spent 6 months in Russia and never saw any film cameras except one
ancient Super-8, so I am a bit suspicious... Thanks.
