The protagonist of Badlands doesn't bolt--he gives away his possessions
as souvenirs, among other ways he celebrates his capture.  Can you count
all the versions of "A Doll's House"?  If a protagonist walks into the
sea (as in Star is Born and Interiors) to commit suicide, does that count?
