The name of the girl is Kim Phuc and she now works for UNESCO. There was a book about her by Denise Chong, GIRL IN THE PICTURE, published by Viking Penguin in 1998, issued in paperback in 2001. First Run/Icarus Films has a 1998 documentary on her: KIM'S STORY, directed by Shelley Saywell:

Subject: vietnam documentary (napalm)
A couple months ago, the local public station ran a documentary on the girl
who was photographed running through the streets of Vietnam, her body
ablaze from Napalm, now grown up with a family and residing in
Canada. Does anyone remember the title of the film and if it's out on
video/DVD?
Thanks,
Johnson
