Yes - the BFI publish it (or they did - dunno if it's still in print).  There's
a goldmine of stuff on those tapes (although maddeningly, only excerpts, not
complete films) and the technical quality of most of it is quite good.  The
only problem is cost - the last I looked they were about 30 UK pounds each.
