I'm guessing you want the avant-garde film of that title.  It was released
on one of those budget public-domain labels (whether it is in fact PD is
another issue) that seem to appear in a lot of libraries, presumably for
budget reasons.  A local video store had this & may still.  The quality is
probably mediocre at best.
