I'm not sure that this counts, but in 1987 there was show (based, I
believe on a British series) called D.C. FOLLIES that featured the
Krofft Puppets as various celebrities (including Presidents and Former
Presidents).

Patty Duke played the first woman President in HAIL TO THE CHIEF, a
short-lived show in 1985.

Occasionally, Ulysses S. Grant would appear as a character on THE WILD
WILD WEST.

I don't suppose that DEATH VALLEY DAYS, when it was hosted by
President-to-be Ronald Reagan, counts!
