Two New Films part of Unique New Program
The Capri Theatre in Montgomery is trying a new way of getting films from the festivals
to the theatres. Film Festival Flix will present two motion pictures this Sunday,
June 10 at the Capri Theatre. The feature films, A Secret Promise and The Holy Land
of Tyrol have played at international film festivals and are now available through
Film Festival Flix.
A Secret Promise

Ferro Olivetti (Victor Alfieri) left Italy to get his slice of the American dream;
-wealth, women, and parties. Ferro succeeded in every way. But when his dying father
asks his son to give up his riches for one month, the billionaire playboy must forsake
his billions and survive penniless in New York. Making a living as a servant, Ferro
learns about humility and charity.And what he learns from Diana (Ione Sky) is also
special: true love. There's just one problem: Diana's parents aren't that keen on
their daughter's "poor" suitor!
The Holy Land of Tyrol

The year is 1809, and Napoleon Bonaparte's grasp reaches even the German lands. 
After the accidental death of a French soldier, Katharina (Inga Birkenfeld) and 
her husband must flee from Bavaria to Tyrol. There, Katharina must deal with the
 animosity of her family-in-law and work within the hardships of rural life. As 
discontent brews in the land of Tyrol, Katharine becomes swept into the Hofer Revolt
against Bavaria and Napoleon.
