According to guidelines and materials that I have
on hand and distribute regularly to faculty who
usually ignore them, this would be an infringement.
Usually any duplication or public performance (showing
to a group of people outside the household) is con-
sidered an infringement, regardless of intent.
However, networks do grant permission to non-profits from
time to time and the best approach is to contact them
directly, not through a local affiliate.
