Everyone;

I'm trying to find a specifc film that examines the efforts of a highly
intelligent high school girl to become a hip-hop artist. She resorts to
selling her lyrics which helps another, less talented male rapper shoot
up the charts. It's a NYC indy made 1997-2002. It's not "Just Another
Girl of the IRT" but close. I need for a class I teach in the formation
of subcultral texts....
