I have seen the Director's cut of Blade Runner.  I was rather disappointed with
 it.  They only added one clip.  The rest of the changes were, as Carol Doms
pointed out, getting rid of the voice over and the ending.  I really have no
preference, but I truly believe that someone who had never seen the original
cut of the film would be confused by the Director's cut.  The voice over helps
to explain some of the ambiguous scenes.
